It seems like I get motivated to write on my blog when I'm eating a yummy lunch. Today it was a luscious salad with fresh greens from our garden, tomato, avocado, carrots, celery, cucumber, a little feta, a little crab meat and a little beans topped with some low fat asian dressing. Can you say, YUM!? Salads are great because really you can throw just about anything in them.
What we eat is such a HUGE part of how we look and feel. So many people exercise just so that they can eat whatever they want (crap), therefore totally undoing the benefits from the exercise in the first place. We've all been there. I would much rather reap the benefits from the exercise AND the eating healthy. Give me it all!! :)
I also like to put a cherry on top of it all and take VITAMINS! This is important in filling the gaps of what we might not get in our diets.
