Vegetarian Chili

Vegetarian chili:

1 large can of kidney beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
About 4 cups of water or vegetable broth
1 cup of chopped and sauteed
1 medium yellow onion chopped
About 10 chopped baby carrots

2 chopped celery sticks
2 large cloves of garlic
Salt & Pepper

I would add diced red chilis for spice, but will spare the kids this time ;)
