My First Ever ~ What I Ate Wednesday!

I have been wanting to participate in this for months and well, here it finally is! 



Breakfast: 
1 cup 0% Fage, 1/2 cup granola, 1 tbsp hemp hearts, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 cup almond milk.

Snack 1:
Jack cheese stick and a hand full of almonds.

Lunch:
1/2 can of red (kidney) beans, 1/4 cup cheese, 1 tbsp hemp hearts, 
1/2 cup fresh salsa, artichoke hearts.

Snack 2:
Jay Robb Coconut Cashew protein bar and a small bowl of fresh pineapple.

Dinner:
Salad~ 
Romaine, artichoke hearts, grapefruit, kidney beans, olive oil, 
apple cider vinegar and a dash of garlic salt.

(I left the cheese out of the baked eggplant and added kale and peas.)
