I've posted this a few times on my pages, but because it's so amazingly delicious, I wanted to be sure to add it here as well.
If you have a Trader Joe's, you MUST try this!
If you don't have a Trader Joe's, you can make your own ingredients as follows:
Your favorite healthy crackers ~ whole grain or seed crackers such as Flackers.
Your favorite cheese ~ mozarella or gouda - yum!
Make your own tomato topping ~ slice some sweet red and/or yellow tomatoes and roast them for about 20 minutes at 450*. Mix roasted tomatoes with olive oil and your favorite italian herbs and garlic.
