Raw Oat Ball Snacks


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped raisins (alternative: other dried, unsulphured fruits)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2-3 tbsp. honey (alternative: maple syrup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup flax meal (alternative: oat or coconut flour)
  • 1/4 cup water, just to add a little moisture

Mash all ingredients together and form into balls. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

  3. Yes, in the fridge, but they can stay out for a while because there's no dairy in them, or anything else that will go bad.
