- We will have sessions via Skype and/or telephone which will provide the education, accountability, resources, structures, tools and coaching to support you on your path to better health and happiness.
- I will provide homework, activities and exercises for you to do in between our sessions together which will contribute to your goals and lifestyle transformation.
- I will be here to support you between sessions via email.
