Back-to-Love Lifestyle Makeover

This is a 12-week program for women who are seeking to improve their health from the inside-out. This is not a quick fix or weight loss program. This is a time to get back to making yourself a priority in order to have a lasting healthy & balanced lifestyle.

  • We will have sessions via Skype and/or telephone which will provide the education, accountability, resources, structures, tools and coaching to support you on your path to better health and happiness. 
  • I will provide homework, activities and exercises for you to do in between our sessions together which will contribute to your goals and lifestyle transformation. 
  • I will be here to support you between sessions via email.
